Standard mechatronics
 |
Mechatronic systems are defined as systems that control physical processes by goal-directed motions which are calculated by an intelligent control system drawing information from its environment.
Our mechatronic systems therefore typically consist of stepper motors or linear actuators with integrated processor control and power electronics. The systems have interfaces for control and sensor signals and in specific applications they are also coupled via data busses such as CAN, RS 485 etc. into communications networks. The compact standard products in the form of Top Drive hybrid step motors with integrated power electronics and pulse/direction interfaces are used wherever low dimensions, low running noise and simplified cabling plus rapid operational availability are required. |
