The VMF / VMC series of variators have been continuously developed such that an increase in efficiency has been achieved by reducing the heat dissipation during operation.
This new process makes surfaces particularily good in reducing friction, wear within the unit whilst increasing it's dynamics. The design of this product has led to an increase in the unit's versatility. The integral motor flange on the housing and the completely modular structure allows a reduction in the variator's dimensions and enables increased flexibility whilst keeping the unit econimaically priced.
Motor sizes available from 63 to 112 can be accomodated with adjustable variator ratios of between 1.4 and 7.3:1 and output torques of 1.5 to 64Nm. |
