Neugart PLE80-90-32-Astrocyn-34-2.8 in-line planetary gearbox

The PLE range of quality planetary gearboxes offer single, two and three stages for precision motion control. Gear ratios up to 512:1 are available with torque outputs up to 800Nm.

When choosing a gearbox it is important to know certain information first. Some important information comprises:

- Output torque required
- Motor speed (determines the gear ratio)
- Gearbox output speed
- Motor PCD (Pitch Circle Diameter) i.e. the diameter between the fixing hole centres. Knowing the motor details we are able to supply a gearbox with the exact flange and bore dimensions for the application, for example the motor on the left is a PLE80/90 two stage gearbox with a ratio of 32:1 and an input bore and flange to fit to an Astrosyn 34, 2.8Nm stepping motor. For 'standard' flanges it may be able to use the 'universal flange' with adapter plate.
