How linear amplifiers work - Picture A
Torque amplifiers, linear amplifiers and NC valves

The servo-hydraulic linear and torque amplifiers use advanced stepper motor technology for precise control of the spool within the valve enabling an accuracy measured in microns (µm) to be achieved.

Linear amplifiers - type: LVN,LVK & LVH

For linear applications requiring the highest accuracies three ranges are available dependant upon the flow requirements:

LVN (up to 80 litres/min at 160 bar);

LVK (up to 200 litres/min at 160 bar);

LVH (up to 320 litres/min at 300 bar).

Cylinders on all three ranges are available in diameters between 32-200mm, stroke lengths up to 1,200mm, stroke increments <0.008mm and accuracy's <0.03mm.

Torque amplifiers - type: SFM, SVN & SVK

Torque amplifiers are available with an output torque of up to 140Nm for the vane motors (SFM), 230Nm for the smaller piston motors (SVN) and 685Nm for the more powerful piston motors (SVK). A positional accuracy of <0.5° can be attained dependant upon the application.

Seal kits for the LVE, LVN, LVK and LVH linear amplifiers

Looking for spare seal kits? ... In order for us to provide you a price of the seal kit we need to know the TYPE NO. and the six digit FABRICATION NO., for example:

Type no.: LVNG4Z N2 M19/63-36-350-40 / 100
Fab. No.: 605 876
