The FRC gearboxes which are manufactured to international standards comprise housings and covers manufactured in G20-G25 cast iron. Output shafts are manufactured from C43 carbon steel and finished to a tolerance of k6.
 
The SGA motor has an all cast iron construction, and
provides a protection rating of IP55 for both motor and
terminal box. Available ratings are 0.55 to 22 kW with ratios of 1.5 up to 432:1 with up to 2,500 Nm torque output.
